Wendy has been in the real estate and lending industry since 2002. Starting out as a real estate transaction coordinator with a local real estate office in Alameda, Wendy quickly excelled. Having a background in corporate administration allowed Wendy to understand the importance of deadlines and details that can make or break a real estate transaction.

After running the real estate transaction department Wendy started her private own real estate transaction service allowing her to focus on those agents she had built relationships and worked well with.

Since 2006 she has found a home with First Priority Financial where her husband had been employed as Alameda Branch Manager. Having spent years working for realtors the switch has been natural and effortless despite the recent turbulence in the real estate and mortgage industry. “Originating loans has been an eye opening experience!
